“I LOVE THIS COURSE! The presenters are amazing. Every time, I want more time with them. I just want to sit and talk with them for hours on these topics. There is never enough. They are all so passionate about the topics they are presenting and it touches my heart, my passion, and wakes up the Sikh in me! This is my greatest appreciation for this course – I feel like I have been a dormant Sikh for years and I am now an awakened Sikh. I want to have “JHSD 2” where we can have more time and talk in more depth. I have such gratitude for this course. ‘It doesn’t get any better than this!’” ~~ Dukh Niwaran Kaur

“Journey Into the Heart of Sikh Dharma has been by far the single-most life-changing Dharmic activity in which I have personally had the pleasure to engage. Through the assignments, I learned to use my writing as a Naad-bridge between Guru and anyone with whom I now interact. There isn’t one facet of my life this course did not reach and enrich.” ~~ Amar Dev Kaur

“My experience of the course has been rich, wonderful and at times very challenging. Not only have I learned a great deal about the Dharma but have also had the benefit of the challenge that the Dharma presents to me. The process of watching myself struggle has revealed sides of my personality that ordinarily remain unseen to me. Some not so attractive, but in reflection, I see how the foundation of the Dharma within me quickly smoothes out the wrinkles, and steadies me. I feel that my participation in this experience has definitely deepened and strengthened that steady foundation.” ~~ Navneet Kaur

“I believed that the course would be an opportunity to explore aspects of Sikhism in more depth — through readings and writing assignments, sharing with fellow students and the experiences and expertise of the guest teachers. In the few “buddy” calls that I did have I had great discussions that allowed us both to explore the issues more deeply and hear about others individual experiences. During class time also, I greatly appreciated hearing people read their assignments with feedback from others and the guest speakers. The buddy system allowed me to better understand who each person was and their perspectives.” ~~ Ravi Nam Kaur
